Tiffany Heers Owner, director
Tiffany Heers, a native of Southern California, began her dance journey at the age of five, studying Jazz and Ballet. By age 12, she was competing as a soloist in Jazz, Lyrical, and Hip Hop, earning numerous awards for her performances.
During middle school, Tiffany discovered her passion for choreography. She began creating routines for her middle school dance team, earning numerous top honors at regional and national competitions. During this time, she also became involved with the James P. Johnson Foundation, a Southern California organization dedicated to providing dance opportunities to underprivileged youth.
In 2002, Tiffany moved to Glasgow, Kentucky, where she began teaching dance full-time. Four years later, in the summer of 2006, she founded All About Dance, bringing together young dancers who shared her passion, dedication, and love for the art of dance.
Since opening All About Dance, Tiffany has inspired countless young dancers and created multiple award-winning routines. Under her direction, the studio has earned National Awards, Best Choreography Awards, and Top Studio Awards.
Tiffany's passion for dance, choreography, and teaching continues to shape the lives of her students, helping them develop not only as dancers, but also as confident, dedicated, and creative individuals.
Lexie rOBBINS Assistant Coach
Lexie Robbins (Snyder) joined Tiffany Heers as an Assistant Coach at All About Dance in 2017. Lexie began dancing at the age of 10 and quickly developed a passion for performance, choreography, and teaching.
She spent six years dancing with the Barren County Middle and High School Dance Teams and five years performing with All About Dance. At just 16 years old, Lexie began teaching and sharing her love of dance with younger generations.
Throughout her career, Lexie has coached and choreographed for numerous high school dance teams, including Barren County High School and Mt. Juliet High School. She attended Western Kentucky University (WKU), where she continued to further her education in dance and performing arts administration.
Lexie has also performed as a featured dancer with the Glasgow Summer Theater, appearing in productions including Beauty and the Beast and Oklahoma.
With training in Acro, Jazz, Ballet, Hip Hop, and Contemporary, Lexie brings a diverse range of skills and experience to her students. Jazz remains her favorite style, and she continues to choreograph award-winning pieces for All About Dance, earning Best Choreography awards and National Awards for top solo and group choreography.
As a teacher and choreographer, Lexie enjoys challenging her students both physically and mentally, encouraging them to push beyond their comfort zones and become the very best dancers they can be. Her dedication, creativity, and passion for dance continue to make her an important part of the All About Dance family.
